Zabima Engineering and Construction Sdn Bhd(ZABIMA), is a private limited company incorporated on 18th June 1982 under the Companies Act 1965 in Malaysia. The company specializes in infrastructure construction particularly road works including pavement and bridges, water and waste water treatment facilities, and building construction including TNB sub-stations.
ZABIMA’s corporate mission is to “To excel as a leading civil engineering and building construction company by providing innovative technology and quality services, including maximizing rewards to employees and share holders”
In keeping with this mission the company has grow in strength from a PKK Class D Contractor in 1982 to a PKK Class BX Contractor in 1986 and since 1998 the company has been classified as a PKK Class A and CIDB G7 Constructor.
ZABIMA is registered with key government and private agencies, as listed in Section 1.5
ZABIMA has an authorised share capital of RM 5 million and a paid up capital of RM 2 million. The paid up capital is fully subscribed by Bumiputra shareholders and the company is certified by the Ministry of Finance as a 100% Bumiputra Company.
The company has excellent credit facilities which gives ZABIMA the financial strength to successfully undertake large projects and deliver on our project commitment.
